On Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 at approximately 4:13 pm., Inv. C. Johnson (badge #452) who is employed with the City of Newnan Police Department [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was advised by Lt. V. McPhie (badge #420) that he had [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that a fight that involved two females had taken place in the yard of Jordan St., which is located in the City limits of Newnan, Coweta County Georgia.
Lt. McPhie was provided a video of the fight which was then provided to Inv. Johnson. After reviewing the footage, Lt. McPhie was able to determined that the two females that were involved were MS.

(DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]2001 / GA. OLN. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) & MS. SANDY ESMERALDA RIVERA (DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1982 / GA. OLN. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Based off the information that Inv. Johnson had received, he proceeded to investigate the reported incident.
During Inv. Johnson’s investigation, he was able to confirmed that the fight did occur in the backyard of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Jordan St. which is a known residence where MR. DARIUS SHEMAR PARROTT AKA” DMOSS ” (DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1998 / OLN. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hangs out at, as well as a residence that he stated is owned by [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
Inv. Johnson’s investigation revealed the following:

In the video MS. ROGERS & MS. RIVERA could be seen fighting directly next to a burn barrel that was actively burning while they continued to roll around on the ground actively pulling each other hair, kicking and punching each other in the face in a violent manner which placed both of them in danger of being severely burn. In the video, Inv. Johnson [REDACTED BY AGENCY] encouraging MS. ROGERS & MS. RIVERA to fight. Let in be know that Inv. Johnson have made several police citizens encounter with MR. PARROTT within the streets, have spoken over the phone with MR. PARROTT as well as arrested MR. PARROTT on other unrelated charges where he is very familiar with MR. PARROTT’S voice. Due to the above mentioned facts, Inv. Johnson will be seeking arrest warrants on MS. ROGERS & MS. RIVERA
for Disorderly Conduct and Party to a Crime on MR. PARROTT.
