On this date 05/11/2025 at approximately 8:24pm vehicle #1 was pulling out of [5100 BLOCK] Highway 52 East turning left when vehicle #1 suspected of being under the influence of alcohol pulled out in front of vehicle #2 who was traveling westbound in the westbound lane on Highway 52 East, striking the front drivers side panel of vehicle #2 and scratching and slightly damaging the passenger side fender of vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 was knocked out of the roadway onto the property of another causing disabling damage to vehicle #2. Vehicle #1 did not stop for the accident and continued on in the opposite direction.
The driver of vehicle # 1 was later located and placed under arrest for failure to yield and leaving the scene of an accident with damage or injuries. (Hit and run)
