On May 17, 2025, at approximately 5:21 p.m., Sgt. Hudson and Lt. Howell responded to Washington Manor Apartments Apt. [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic incident that had occurred earlier that day and resulted in injuries.
Upon arrival, I, Sgt. Hudson, made contact with [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1], and [VICTIM #2]. The offender, Demetruae Reeves, was not on scene. [VICTIM #2] stated that her, [VICTIM #1], and Demetruae had an altercation that occurred around 4-5 a.m. on May 17, 2025. [VICTIM #2] stated that Demetruae had hit her in the face several times and then proceeded to go after [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] had gone to the bathroom when Demetruae followed him and grabbed his t*sticles resulting in a serious injury where his scrotum was torn open. [VICTIM #1] was briefly examined by EMS who transported him to the hospital for treatment. [WITNESS #1], the lessee of the apartment and sister of offender, stated that she does not want Demetruae to be allowed back at her apartment. Warrants were taken for Aggravated Battery-FVA and Battery-FVA. Demetruae was not located by time of report.
